Registration
There are
three easy ways to
register for NUCPS courses:
Online To register online,
click here and locate the
course for which you would like to register. Then click on the red "Register
Now" button and complete the online registration form.
Fax To register by fax, please
click here to download the registration form. Then complete the form and fax it
to 847-467-0540 (Attention Registrar).
Mail To register by mail, please
click
here to download the registration form. Then complete the form and mail it to:

Upon receipt, each registration is processed and a
confirmation letter and invoice are generated and mailed to the address provided
on the registration form. Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice and
before the first day of class.
Payment
Payment is expected upon receipt of the
invoice and before the first day of class. If you are unable to submit payment
before the first day of class, please contact our business office at
800-323-4011 to discuss payment arrangements.
Payment is accepted in the
following ways:
Credit Card To pay by credit card, please call 800-323-4011
during regular business hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. Central time, Monday through
Friday). American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA are accepted.
Credit
card payments may also be made at the NUCPS office at 1801 Maple Avenue,
Evanston, Illinois 60208.
Check Checks should be made payable to Northwestern University Center for
Public Safety and can be mailed to:

Please note that we are only able to accept checks drawn on a U.S. bank and
payable in U.S. funds.
Cash Cash payment is accepted at the NUCPS office at 1801 Maple Avenue, Evanston,
Illinois 60208.
Wire Transfer If you work for an agency outside the United States and wish to pay by wire
transfer, please contact Accounts Receivable at 800-323-4011.
Cancellation
Students who wish to cancel or withdrawal from a course must submit the request
in writing using the
NUCPS Course Cancellation Form. The completed form may be
submitted in the following ways:

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE
Refunds
Cancellations submitted within 30 calendar days prior to the course start date
are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee up to a maximum of
$400. Students who register for a course and fail to attend without providing
notice of cancellation to NUCPS are subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the
course fee up to a maximum of $1000.
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment in a course have the option of a
refund of the eligible tuition paid or to keep the eligible amount paid as a
credit towards the tuition of another class. If a credit is selected, NUCPS will
hold that credit for a period of 12 months. After 12 months, the credit must be
used or the money will be refunded.
If NUCPS cancels the class, students will receive a full refund of the tuition
paid or have the option of keeping the dollar amount paid as a credit. If a
credit is selected, NUCPS will hold that credit for a period of 12 months. After
12 months, the credit must be used or the money will be refunded.
Booking Travel
Please do not book non-refundable travel more than 30 days prior to the
scheduled start of the course. These fees will not be refunded if the course is
cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start of the course.
