Introduction to Police Supervision - Online focuses on understanding human behavior and day-to-day work relationships with subordinates, superiors, and the public, and provides insight and expertise from distinguished police administrators.

The online format is both convenient and affordable. You can study at your own pace without taking time away from the job, and frequent progress checks prepare you for the online exams. After you pass the final exam and receive your certificate of completion from Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, you’ll be ready for and confident in your new supervisory position.
